Information to our customers

If you wish to cancel the contract with us and return the goods on the basis of this, you can read the cancellation policy and the consequences of cancellation including the exact circumstances of the return here.

The following information relates to the return of goods in cases other than revocation. The following applies to such returns:

Returns within Germany
You will have received a free DHL return label with your delivery. You will find this inside the box or in the delivery note pocket on the outside of the package. Please return the goods unused, in resalable condition and with all accessories to the address stated on the return label. A return to an incorrect address will result in significant delays in returns processing.

Please keep the delivery receipt/receipt of your return as proof. Without this proof, unfortunately, no refund can be made in the event of loss.

Returns outside Germany
For returns outside of Germany, the customer must bear the costs of returning the goods. Please send the return to the following address:

Refund
As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount. You will be informed about the individual steps by e-mail.

New delivery
If you would like a new delivery, e.g. in a different size or colour, please order again in our online shop.
