Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, there is no minimum order quantity

Can I place express orders?

Currently we are not able to ship express orders

How long does it take until I get my bag?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours and prepared for shipment no later than the following business day. You will receive an email when your goods leave our warehouse (including shipment number). Usually the postal service takes one to three business days if the delivery address is in Germany. Three to ten business days for addresses in ZONE 1. We depend on the transport service provider from the moment the shipment is handed over.

What can I do if my order does not arrive?

If you have not received the goods one week after the shipping confirmation by mail, please contact our customer service: onlineshop@picard-fashion.com

Can I order to a parcel station?

Yes, that is possibles for DHL order within Germany

How can I return my order?

Returns within Germany

With the delivery you have received a free DHL return label from us. You will find it inside the box or in the delivery note pocket on the outside of the package. Send the goods unused, in resalable condition and with all accessories to the address indicated on the return label. A return to an incorrect address will result in significant delays in returns processing.

For returns outside of Germany, the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. Please send the parcel to the following address:

When will I get my refund?

As soon as the return has been received by us (or by our partners) and has been checked, the purchase amount will be refunded to you. About the individual steps you will be notified by e-mail. We will refund the purchase price of your return via the payment method selected by you at the time of purchase.

Can I exchange my order?

The fastest way to exchange your order or get a new delivery is to place a new order in our online store and return the unwanted item.
