DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We offer a whole range of payment methods and there is probably something for you too. Here is a small selection:

We do not have a minimum order value in our store, nor is there an order limit
Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer express ordering
Your order will be processed within 24 hours and prepared for dispatch no later than the following working day. You will receive an e-mail when your goods leave our warehouse (including tracking number). The postal service usually takes one to three working days if the delivery address is in Germany. Three to ten working days for addresses in ZONE 1, whereby we are dependent on the transport service provider from the time the shipment is handed over.
If you have not received the goods one week after the shipping confirmation by e-mail, please contact our customer service: onlineshop@picard-online.de
You have the option of having your goods delivered to a Packstation. Please enter the different delivery address in the input field in the consignee address.
The following data must not be missing or must be entered in the correct order so that DHL can make a correct delivery:
First name / last name
123456789 (only the postal number = DHL Packstation Kd. number in the address supplement field)
Packstation 123 (only the Packstation + its number in the street / house number fields)

RETURNS
Returns within Germany:
You will have received a free DHL return label with your delivery. You will find this inside the box or in the delivery note pocket on the outside of the parcel. Return the goods unused, in resalable condition and with all accessories to the address stated on the return label. A return to an incorrect address will lead to considerable delays in the processing of returns.
For returns outside Germany, the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. Please send the return to the following address:

As soon as we (or our partners) have received and checked the return, the purchase amount will be refunded to you. You will be notified of the individual steps by e-mail. We will refund the purchase price of your return via the payment method you selected at the time of purchase.
The quickest way to exchange your order or receive a new delivery is to place a new order in our online store and return the unwanted item.
