Information to our customers

We ask for your understanding that due to the current situation with regard to Corona / Covid-19 there may be delays in order processing and possibly in returns processing. Take care of yourself and others and stay healthy.

Purchase on account (Klarna)

First the ordered goods, then the money: private individuals (not businesses) can pay by invoice free of charge through our payment partner Klarna. So you can check your order at home and only pay when you actually want to keep the goods. You will receive a mandatory invoice from PICARD. In addition, you will receive the payment information (bank details, intended use) by email directly from Klarna - the invoice amount must only be paid within 14 days by bank transfer to Klarna (not to PICARD).

Credit card

With us you can pay conveniently and securely by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. The credit card details are checked online when the order is placed. Your credit card details will not be stored by us, but collected and processed directly by our payment service provider Saferpay by SIX Payment Services AG. After the transaction has been approved by your credit card company, the goods will be shipped, depending on the availabilty.

If you send an item back, the amount will be credited to your credit card account.

Your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL process.

PayPal

You can also pay with us via PayPal. If you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

We deliver the goods after receiving the payment on our PayPal account. It usually only takes a few minutes for us to receive a PayPal payment. Should we not receive any money within 14 working days after receipt of your order your order will be automatically cancelled.
