Shipping policy

Shipping within Germany is carried out by DHL. As soon as the package has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number. With this number you can check the shipment status on the DHL tracking portal.

Express shipping

Express delivery is not possible.

 

Delivery time

Your order will be processed within 24 hours and prepared for shipment no later than the following business day. You will receive an email when your goods leave our warehouse (including tracking number). Delivery usually takes one to three business days for addresses in Germany. Three to ten business days for addresses in ZONE 1, whereby we are dependent on the shipping service provider once the shipment has been handed over.
