You simply have to put the voucher in your shopping cart and as soon as you have bought it, we will generate a voucher code for you. You will receive this code by email immediately after your order and also in the form of a nice card by post, so that you have something in your hand. The PICARD voucher is only available from PICARD and can be redeemed in our online shop. The voucher can also be distributed across several orders if the value has not been used up.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping within Germany is handled by DHL. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation, including a tracking number. With this, you can check the status of your shipment on the DHL tracking portal.
